Chef Han’s passion for food started way before fancy kitchens! Back in the day, as a young apprentice at the bustling Grand Hotel in Beijing, he was blown away by the amazing way they made Peking Duck.

It wasn’t just the delicious smell of roasting ducks and caramelized sugar, it was like watching a perfectly practiced dance. This experience sparked a fire in him that’s been burning for over 30 years, pushing him to learn and perfect his skills.

Right now, the standard has reached what we initially set out for. An experienced Peking Duck chef spends his life learning. I wanna strive for perfection. I want to exceed what previous masters have taught me. The future Peking Duck chefs will surpass me too.
